Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags, boxes (including footwear boxes), and protective bags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required for all returns.
- Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, specific items such as select fashion accessories and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Shipping Fees - Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all associated return and reshipping costs.
- Standard Returns / Exchanges: For returns or size exchanges based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for the courier return shipping fees.
Refunds - Once your returned item is received and inspected at our distribution center, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via digital wallet/bank transfer within 7 to 14 business days.
Order Cancellation - Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been processed and handed over to our logistics partner.
- Post-Dispatch: If a cancellation request is submitted after the order has been dispatched, standard return shipping fees will apply.
